A Variety of Ways to
Get Involved

Become a Member

Not yet a SCAGO member? Paying members of the SCAGO help to bring our programs to life. Members help guide the direction of the organization and help us to fulfill our mission of supporting Ontarians living with sickle cell disease.

Perhaps you are already supporting SCAGO as a volunteer or community partner, or you’re new to SCAGO and looking for ways to help individuals with sickle cell disease, you can increase your support and impact by becoming a paying member of SCAGO.

Become a Volunteer

Volunteers are the backbone of SCAGO. They help to raise awareness and funds vital to research, advocacy, support, and treatment programs. Our fight with sickle cell disease – a debilitating, life-threatening disease – cannot be successful without the efforts of our dedicated volunteers.

To learn more about volunteering with SCAGO, please refer to our Volunteer Handbook.
